Who am I?
It all started with a book — Kon-Tiki by Norwegian explorer Thor Heyerdahl.

I opened it seven years ago — and felt the call of the ocean. Dreams ask for action, so in 2019 I joined my first sailing trip in Greece, as a tourist.

The strong winds of the Cyclades and the icy spray of the Aegean gave me more than just impressions. I realized: I want to sail — as a captain. To breathe salty air, hear the creak of the rigging, and feel truly alive.

At the time, I worked as an engineer at an oil refinery. One regular vacation, I flew to Turkey — to train as a skipper. Got my IYT license. I went to sea — first as crew, then as captain.

And over time, I realized I wanted to share the feeling of life at sea — the way I feel it. That’s how this format was born — sailing with captain u_lyalya.

Now, I’m here to help you take your first step.

Toward the sea.

And maybe — toward yourself
Trip Format
When people hear “sailing in Turkey,” it often sounds like something complicated or out of reach.
Or they imagine a packaged yacht tour — more like a bus trip on water, with a guide and a fixed schedule.
But a boat is something else
  • A week
    on a sailboat
Slow island-hopping with overnight stays in cozy marinas or quiet wild bays. We sail with the wind — or without — as the weather and the mood allow
  • Marina
    nights
We drift into the rhythm of
a seaside town, have dinner onboard or head to a little restaurant — just the way we feel like
  • Anchor
    spots
We swim straight off the boat, explore the shore, watch the sunset. And then — fall into the best sleep of our lives, gently rocked by the sea
  • Fits right into your vacation
A week at sea, plus a couple of days for travel.
9 or 10 days is all it takes
